To be stored in a Cool and Dry place. After opening, to be kept in a tightly closed container or plastic bag, in a refrigerator. Please be aware that Majdool dates are soft when first picked, and that it takes them approximately six months to become slightly chewy. Soft dates are also susceptible to spoilage if left out of the refrigerator. We start selling them 6-7 months after they are picked, so you can store them outside of the refrigerator as well. We kindly ask you not to be alarmed when you notice the production dates; the dates have an expiry of 2 years.
