Product Q&As
Hello, I have plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the plantar fascia) in my foot, and I’ve also developed a heel spur as a result. I’m looking for orthopedic boots—do you think they’d be suitable? How are their orthopedic features?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hello, our insole is a soft, fur-lined insole, but since you need a fully orthopedic insole, unfortunately this product isn't suitable for you.

Hello, is there a version of this model with a higher heel?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hello, unfortunately, this product has a 4-centimeter heel.

Is it as narrow as it looks?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
No, it’s not too tight—it’s just a bit of a challenge for people with very thick wrists, but it works 🙏☺️

Hello. The shoes are really stylish and beautiful—I really like them—but they make a lot of noise when I walk, a squeaky rubber sound. Will this noise go away as I wear them more? I mean, is this just happening with the pair I bought?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hello, we’re so glad you like it. Since it’s a winter sole, it might be slippery on wet surfaces, but that won’t be a problem on dry surfaces. Thank you for your interest.

Hello, what is the inner width of the nose of size 37? Is the shoe wide? I have a nail impingement so my finger tips shouldn't get pinched. Can you also provide information about the sole height and weight of the shoe?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hello, first of all, our shoes have a wide fit, a nice fit, and are a very light boot.

Is the product light?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Very light ☺️

Hi, is the color reddish brown or dark brown? Also, does it take water?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hi there—the dark brown color has a really nice shade. Since the sole is made of Polo and the sides are stitched, it’s waterproof

Hello, I have bunions on my feet. I wonder if the toe box of the shoe is too narrow.
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hi there—the tip of the nose is rounded, not narrow 😊

My feet are wide and flat—what is the ankle measurement for the largest size?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hi there, the top part might be a standard slim fit 🙏😊

Hello, is it suede? Does it stain easily? Is it true to size?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hello, the product is true to size and made of suede. We used high-quality suede, and because it’s a dark color, it doesn’t show dirt easily and doesn’t attract much of it.

is this product water resistant?
Answer from ASAL AYAKKABICILIK
Hello, the sole is four centimeters high, and because it is stitched, it is a water-resistant product.
