Product Q&As
Non-slip sole?
Answer from ARTI ARTI AYAKKABI
Hello, it is a thermo sole. We can say that it is the most non-slip among the boots in this group. I wish you pleasant shopping.

Hello, is there iron in your boots? It is present in most boots, but I am looking for it without iron. It should not give a signal on the xray when entering the place where I work.
Answer from ARTI ARTI AYAKKABI
Hello, unfortunately, steel is placed in the heel and sole joints of ready-made soles. Otherwise, the sole will break. This boot also has it.

Also, is the front part wide or scalloped? I normally wear a size 36. I buy a size 37 because it has a comb at the front. Is there a size 36 or 37?
Answer from ARTI ARTI AYAKKABI
Hello, in winter products, if your hope is always in between, the choice of a top, i.e. 37, would be the right choice. Considering the grip from the wrist and the thick fabric of the socks, but most importantly, winter products are made from thicker leather than summer products, deformation is less, in other words, loosening is also important in terms of usage, as the skin makes tight contact with the foot, it transmits the cold outside to the foot. It should definitely be used in winter boots and similar products to allow a slight air circulation between the foot and the shoe. Please pay attention to these. I wish you pleasant shopping.

Hello, what is the sole height in centimeters? I use a foot device on my left foot. I only use right foot shoes. I am comfortable at zero height. Can you measure and tell me how many centimeters? Thank you.
Answer from ARTI ARTI AYAKKABI
Hello, I just had a measurement taken. The thickness of the back sole is 2.5 cm. Front sole thickness is 1 cm. We thank you.
