Product Q&As
Chrome on brass, but will it cause rust, tarnish, fading, peeling, etc.?
Answer from uygunbatarya
As long as you do not wipe the product with strong chemicals, you will not have any problems. If you do, it will be voided from the warranty anyway. However, if the product darkens due to these chemicals, the product is not covered by the warranty. The product should be wiped with a damp cloth. Have a nice day.

Does the on/off position of the faucet open backwards or straight? We don't have space behind the faucet, that's why I'm asking. can you recommend a model that is only straight and can open forward?
Answer from uygunbatarya
Hello, when you turn the product left and right, you turn the water on and off, you also adjust the hot and cold settings back and forth, you can look at the solid s model.
