Product description
The HW-416 PIR motion sensor module uses a high-precision imported pyroelectric lens and low-noise amplifier to detect human body infrared radiation with reliable digital output.
It supports DC 4.5–20 V input and is compatible with Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi and 51 MCU boards.
Dual adjustable potentiometers allow independent control of detection range and delay time (clockwise increases range and delay up to 300 s).
The board includes photoresistor and thermistor ports for light and temperature compensation, selectable trigger modes (repeatable and non-repeatable), and EMC-optimized layout to reduce noise interference.
Outputs TTL-compatible high/low signals for 3.3 V and 5 V systems.
Compact size (32.6 × 24.3 mm), low power consumption, ESD and over-voltage protection, and operational stability from -20 °C to +70 °C make it suitable for industrial automation, smart lighting control, automatic doors, robotics, STEM education kits, and IoT motion-detection projects.
