Product Q&As
Hello, how many hours a day should we use it? If we put it on on the way to work in the morning, would it cause any problems if it stopped until the evening?
Answer from Optimum Mağaza
Hello sir; The recommended usage period of the product starts with 1 hour per day, increasing by 10 minutes, it should be used for at least 14-21 days and should be stopped when muscle memory for the correct posture position is formed. If you work in a job that uses your muscles heavily, it can be worn from morning to evening. But not recommended for very long use if you are working at a desk
