Start by drawing the lower part of the brow arch, moving toward the tip, then blend with a brush. Highlight the upper part of the arch and blend with a brush. Add detail and definition by drawing fine, brushed lines at the start of the brow. Lightly draw in the direction of hair growth with the tip of the pencil. Use this technique on sparse areas and blend with a brush for a natural look. Since all Anastasia Beverly Hills products are highly pigmented, a light touch is sufficient during application.
