The flat ones are very thick, they would be better for parrots, but they worked very well and they are very nice.

how does it clean when it gets dirty

    Answer from Alyones

you can wipe it with cloth

    Translated by Google

Hi, what is the average length of the perches?

    Answer from Alyones

    Between 14 and 18, sir.

    Translated by Google

Hi, how thick is the perch? Is it suitable for a parakeet foot?

    Answer from Alyones

    suitable

    Translated by Google

What tree is it made of?

    Answer from Alyones

It doesn't matter sir, mulberry is not walnut

    Translated by Google

Hello, how do we clean it when a bird makes a mess on it? Will the wood be damaged if it is washed?

    Answer from Alyones

Sir, when dirt gets on the bird, we recommend you wipe it with a damp cloth. To avoid damaging the wood, we kindly ask that you refrain from washing it.

    Translated by Google

Hello, good luck. Is it suitable for canaries?

    Answer from Alyones

Of course sir, it is very suitable for canaries.

    Translated by Google

My cage spacing is 2.5 cm. Will these be suitable?

    Answer from Alyones

Of course it is possible sir, rest assured.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is there any need to disinfect?

    Answer from Alyones

It is not necessary sir, but you can do it if you want.

    Translated by Google

Hello, is it suitable for cockatiels and will the birds gnaw on it? I bought a perch before, it is about 15 cm. I looked at it tomorrow and saw that half of the perch is missing.

    Answer from Alyones

Sir, it's natural, it has to gnaw something, they shave their beaks.

    Translated by Google

Hello, do we need to wash the product completely when we first open it? And wouldn't it provide a suitable environment for fleas?

    Answer from Alyones

No, no need to wash, you can use it directly.

    Translated by Google

Is it suitable for your parrot?

    Answer from Alyones

Of course it is suitable sir, but it may be a little small.

    Translated by Google

Is it suitable for an indian ringneck parakeet?

    Answer from Alyones

Hello sir, first of all, it is natural for you to wonder whether this product is suitable for Indian cuckoo. We are sorry that we can't give you a definite answer, because we have not had the experience of fitting for such a bird before. In order to obtain the most accurate information, the specifications of our product (material type, dimensions, etc.) recommend getting an opinion from a bird specialist or your vet. In this way, you can make the best decision for your Indian robin. Have a nice week, as Alyones team!

    Translated by Google

What is the circumference of the attachment device? The holes on my cage are a little wide.

    Answer from Alyones

Hello! I understand your curiosity about the attachment's circumference and your concerns about the width of your cage's holes. Sir, the circumference of the attachment device is designed to cover a gap of approximately 2 cm. In other words, if the diameter of your hole is at most 2 cm wider than the diameter of the apparatus, it can save it. Since I don't know exactly how wide the holes of your cage are, it's hard to say for sure if it will be fully compatible. The most accurate method would be to measure the diameter of the holes in your cage and compare it to the diameter of our fixture. If your holes are wider than 2 cm, unfortunately, our attachment may not fit properly and may not provide the stability you desire. In this case, you may need to look for a more different fixation method or a more suitable apparatus. Hope this info helps you! If you have any other question please feel free. As Alyones team, we wish you a good day!

    Answer from Alyones
