User Instructions Unwrap pad from its individual packaging. Remove adhesive strip backing. Place pad sticky-side down on underwear with the wider end at the back. Fold wings around underwear sides and press to secure. Replace pad as needed, typically every 4–8 hours or sooner if saturated. Dispose of used pad in a trash bin; do not flush. Warnings For external use only. Change pad regularly to maintain hygiene and prevent odor. Do not flush pad; may cause plumbing blockage.
