I’m really happy with this purchase. The shelf is perfect for small spaces and holds a lot more than I expected. It arrived on time and the packaging was great. Trendyol kept me updated about every step of the delivery, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

My order has still not been delivered, but the site shows it as delivered. I gave the correct address, but the system did not update it and the product was sent to my old address and then returned. I informed the delivery agent on the same day and he said I would receive it within two days. I have followed up again and again for 10 days, and every time they gave the same answer. Now they are saying the item is with Trendyol. This situation is extremely frustrating and mentally disturbing. I feel like I am being cheated. Please return my product to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be forced to proceed legally, as I need relief from this issue.
