This has been the most pathetic online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two perfumes from Trendyol and the delivery partner was Logistiq. It has been almost one month and the order is still not delivered. I have contacted Trendyol customer support more than 10 times and received nothing but empty responses. The logistics team doesn’t even bother to respond. For a company as big as Trendyol, this level of irresponsibility and negligence is absolutely unacceptable. If you cannot manage deliveries properly, stop taking customers’ money. Extremely disappointed.
