Is it used to remove sweat odor?
Answer from AGARTA BÄ°TKÄ°SEL KOZMETÄ°K
Hi, this item is **solid soap** with tea tree essential oils and is basically used for **face/body/hand cleansing**. Regular cleaning can help reduce sweat-related odor; however, it is not a deodorant/antiperspirant product that completely blocks sweat odor. If you want to use it for underarms, you can lather it in the shower and rinse thoroughly after applying. We recommend that you try it on a small area first to avoid sensitivity.

So does it affect the smell of sweat?
Answer from AGARTA BÄ°TKÄ°SEL KOZMETÄ°K
Hello 😊 This product is a natural handmade soap containing tea tree essential oils, mainly used for cleansing the skin. Regular cleaning can help reduce the formation of sweat-related odor; however, the product description does not include information about a "deodorant/antiperspirant" effect that completely blocks sweat odor. If you're planning to use this on sensitive areas like underarms, we recommend testing it on a small patch first.

Is it suitable for use on acne and acne scars and which one should we buy for freckles? Thank you
Answer from AGARTA BÄ°TKÄ°SEL KOZMETÄ°K
Hello, tea tree soap is suitable for daily use **for cleansing purposes on acne-prone skin**; it can be used on the face, body and hands. But this product is **not a spot/marking lightening treatment product**, it does not promise a clear effect on its own to reduce the appearance of acne marks. For freckles, this product is not a suitable "freckle-specific" product. For a freckle appearance, **anti-spot care products + regular sunscreen** are usually a better choice. Note: If you have sensitive skin, we recommend testing a small area first.

What is this product used for? Is it good for jock itch
Answer from AGARTA BÄ°TKÄ°SEL KOZMETÄ°K
Hello This product is **daily use solid soap containing tea tree essential oils**; it is used for **hand-face-body cleaning** and to support general skin care. **Is it good for jock itch? ** This product ** is not a product produced/medicated form for the treatment of fungus **. Tea tree oil may support skin cleansing; however, since the groin area is sensitive and fungal complaints may require medical evaluation, **we do not recommend using it for treatment purposes**. If the complaint continues, we kindly ask you to consult a **dermatologist** for the most accurate guidance.

Hello, I have itching around the eyes and itching at the bottom of the eyelashes. I use tea tree eye shampoo. Will tea tree soap help?
Answer from AGARTA BÄ°TKÄ°SEL KOZMETÄ°K
Hello We do not recommend using tea tree soap around the eyes or on the lash line for complaints such as itchy skin around the eyes or lash line inflammation. Soap formulations and essential oils can cause **burning, irritation, and an increase in complaints** upon contact with the eyes. This product is **suitable for general use**; it is more for **hand-body-face cleaning**. If you want to try it, use it in a small area, completely away from the eye area, and if there is irritation, stop. If your complaint continues or increases, we recommend that you consult an **opthamologist** for the most accurate guidance, especially in cases of inflammation at the base of the eyelashes.

It irritated my under eyes and caused redness. What can we do to prevent and treat this after a few uses?
Answer from AGARTA BÄ°TKÄ°SEL KOZMETÄ°K
Hello, you may have an allergy to an ingredient in the product. Since our products are natural, they will not leave any permanent side effects. You can moisturize your skin with a moisturizing cream to soothe it, and the effect will disappear after a short time. It is also beneficial to avoid getting soap into your eyes as much as possible, because soap can cause side effects due to its own burning properties. We wish you a good day.
