Instructions for Use/Warnings
Regular cleaning of 24Bottles products helps maintain their performance and extend their lifespan. After each use—especially if you’ve used the bottle for a beverage other than water—we recommend rinsing it with lukewarm water. For cleaning: • Lukewarm water and mild detergent • You may use baking soda. After cleaning, turn the bottle upside down with the cap off and let it dry completely. 24Bottles products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The following conditions resulting from normal use are not covered by the warranty: • Scratches • Deformations caused by impact or dropping • Paint wear • Improper use of the product • Unauthorized modifications made to the product • Wear and tear resulting from normal use Important Note: Uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher-safe. Hand washing is recommended for patterned, painted, or specially coated products.

Does it drip when it is open
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, when you turn it upside down with your mouth open, water will come into the drinking part of the straw so that it can be drunk.

Hello, does it leak and does it have a thermos feature?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, there is no leakage. It has the feature of keeping warm for 12 hours and cold for 24 hours.

What I mean is, my daughter is two years old and she picks it up. If she turns it or shakes it while the drinking fountain is open, will it drip or spill?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, it does not leak unless it is turned upside down. It is normal for water to come from the drinking water source when it is turned upside down, we also have users who want to drink by sewing.

Hello, our product is 100% stainless steel.

Hello, my daughter liked this model very much, but is there a 500 ml or 600 ml version of the same model? Can you help me?
Answer from 24 Bottles
Hello, the same model has a 500ml kids water bottle, but the difference from this model is that it is lightweight, single-layered and non-insulated.

Is there a cover for the straw part or is there such a model?
Answer from 24 Bottles
